General information

Something missing in the current card decks? No level badges or stampcards to your liking? Or do you just want to expand on what Treasure Hunt has to offer? Whatever brought you here, this is the place where you can find all the information needed to donate more stuff for this site. The process in general is quite simple. Read up on the requirements of what you want to donate, follow those requirements and then turn in your donation either via the forum or the discord server. For every donation you will receive a reward shortly after turn-in. For deck donations, you also get a reward once the deck is made and released. However, please note that there are certain limits to the amount of donations within a month as well as to the categories per donation. Those limits differ between prejoin members and standard members.

Deck Donation

Rules:

Monthly Limit: Prejoin members 10 decks / Standard members 5 decks
No more than 3 decks per series (Example: You can donate a maximum of 3 Sailor Moon decks, but the other 2 decks have to be another series).
No more than 2 decks per category per series (Example: You can't donate 3 Sailor Moon character decks. The maximum would be 2 characters while the third deck has to be another category).
Puzzle decks can't be donated as those are decided via forum games.
All donations have to be announced and approved in the donation forum before you can turn them in.
If your donation is approved, you have until the end of the month to turn it in. Otherwise, another person can claim that donation instead.

Requirements:

At least 25 images for cards. Maximum 30 images.
The images have to be the highest resolution possible.
Only original artwork, promotion art or screenshots. No fanarts.
No edited or discolored images.
If a series or game has more than one season/installment, those have to be separated.
Put everything into a .zip, .rar or .7z file, before turning it in in the forum or discord.
The name of the file should be "[category]-[series/character]-[yourname]".

Rewards per deck: 3 random regular cards, 1 card from the deck at release

Levelbadge Donation

Rules:

Monthly Limit: Prejoin members 2 sets / Standard members 1 set
All badges within a set have to be the same theme (Example: the same character, the same pairing, ...).
All donations have to be announced and approved in the donation forum before you can turn them in.
If your donation is approved, you have until the end of the month to turn it in. Otherwise, another person can claim that donation instead.
You should make the badge yourself with the template provided.
If it is not possible for you, to do that, you can request a donation from another player in the donation forum. In that case you only need to provide the images. However you will get a smaller reward.

Requirements for donation:

4 images (1 for each tier)
The images have to be the highest resolution possible.
Only original artwork, promotion art or screenshots. No fanarts.
No edited or discolored images.
Use the following templates: Levelbadges
The name of the images should be "[yourname][numberofyourdonation]-level[number]". Example: lagoonaris005-level02
Please include a .psd file of your badges in case something has to be adjusted.
Put everything into a .zip, .rar or .7z file, before turning it in in the forum or discord.
The name of your file should be "levelbadge-[yourname][numberofyourdonation].

Requirements for request:

4 images (1 for each tier)
The image has to be the highest resolution possible.
Only original artwork, promotion art or screenshots. No fanarts.
No edited or discolored images.
The images have to be named after the the tier they should be. Example: tier1, tier2, ...
Provide a link to the images in the corresponding forum or put them all into a .zip file and provide that instead.

Rewards per deck: 2 random regular cards, 20

Rewards for request: 10

for the requester, 1 random regular card & 10

for the donator. If both are from the same team, each of them earn 5 team points.

Tradecard Donation

Rules:
